Each party (First Party) must, regarding Personal Information of the other party (Second Party):

2. Promptly notify the Second Party if aware of:
   1. Any actual or alleged breach of this clause or Privacy Laws;
   2. Any enquiry, complaint, or dispute related to Privacy Laws;
   3. Any legal or other requirement to disclose Personal Information beyond permitted disclosures;
   4. Requests from individuals to access or correct their Personal Information;
3. Acknowledge that the Second Party will manage such matters and the First Party will promptly comply with reasonable directions and do all things necessary to assist.

We may update this Privacy Policy due to business changes or legal requirements. Reasonable steps will be taken to notify you of changes via direct communication or website notices.
